Thank you for your order, we are ready to ship some Sunday vibes to you now!
In order to select the best products and package them in great care for you, please allow us 3 business days of receipt of payment to package and process your order. This might take a little bit longer during major holidays or our sales event so please be patient!
Once processed, we will send you a notification email and provide you with the tracking information.
If you are in sunny Hoi An or Sai Gon, please don’t hesitate to arrange a pop-in pickup via our email email@example.com.
Yes, we do ship internationally! International orders will be shipped via one of our trusted shipping partners depending on your destination (DHL, FedEx, UPS…). Rates will vary depending on size, weight, time frame and destination, as calculated in your bill when you check out.
Please note the prices of the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties, taxes or custom charges that you may incur from making a purchase with us. All international customs charges and taxes are payable by the receiver. Sunday will not be responsible for any additional charges incurred for shipping orders internationally. For more information on customs charges for each country please contact your customs authority. Customs clearance is not included in delivery standard/transit time.
We always select the best quality products to send your way but please keep in mind that all our products are handmade and thus, no two items are exactly the same. If there are small variances in the product, it could be due to its unique handmade nature. However, if any goods arrive damaged because of the shipping process, please notify us in writing within 48 hours of receipt and provide us with images of the damaged item and we will arrange with our shipping partner to solve the problem for you.
At Sunday, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if you're not happy with the style or the size that you have selected, you are welcome to return or exchange the product. If you wish to return or exchange part or all of your order for any reason, just send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know your name, invoice number, item to be returned and whether you would like an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must match the below conditions:
- Unused, un-damaged, unworn, unwashed and left in the original packaging with all swing tags attached.
- Returned within 7 days of receiving your order
- Package must include a reference of your returns authorization number obtained from our team via email
- Refunds or exchanges are NOT accepted on SALE items or SPECIALTY/CUSTOM-MADE items.

You will be responsible for the cost of your return/exchange shipping, unless the item is of course faulty. We suggest you purchase tracking/ insurance for your parcel, so you have access to tracking just in case the parcel goes to the wrong address or ends up missing. We will not be responsible for return parcels going missing, this is the sole responsibility of the customer and all issues need to be followed up with your postage service/ courier.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.
Once we have received your package and inspected the items we will issue you a full refund excluding the shipping charge or provide you with your requested exchange (stock availability pending). Please allow 5 to 7 days to receive the refund onto your credit card or original method of payment.
We allow one change of mind exchange or return per transaction.
